Goals The main purpose of this course is explaining the basic concepts of government and public administration to the students.
Course Content Government and public administration, development of public administration, main components of public administration, a comparison of public and private administration, organisation theory, bureaucracy, approaches of human relations and behavioural sciences, systems approach, modern management theory, governance, new public management
Learning Outcomes 1) Examines the basic concepts of administration.
2) Analyzes processes of administration.
3) Introduces the basic methods used in administrative sciences.
