Goals The main goal of this lecture is to give information about the basic concepts of children law, which is a special branch for children, to the share holders of education; thus the lecture will contribute to develop an education system which is sensitive for the rights, freedoms and reputation of children.
Course Content The contet of the lecture consists of the national and international legal texts which are the sources of children rights and the main principles of children law.
Learning Outcomes 1) Discuss children rights and main properties of child law.
2) Get know the publich instutions which are responsible for realizing children rights and find out their duties.
3) Discuss the duties of shareholders of the education system about children rigjts.
4) Find out the international problems of children law such as child labor, children abuse and juvenile pushed to crime
5) Find out the jurisdictions and discuss them.
6) Find out the non-governmental institutions, find the ways to corporate with them.
7) Learn the basic principles and control mechanism of the Convention on the Rights of the Child.
