Goals The aim of the course is to give the voice of the student Turkmen Turkish; improve their reading, speaking, listening and writing skills in their initial stages.
Course Content The course gives the writing and sound knowledge of Turkmen Turkish and focuses on the development of the learners' skills of reading, speaking, writing and listening. The vowel and consonant system of Turkmen Turkish, the sound events, the form and the phonological processes are evaluated. Examples from contemporary texts and Turkmen audio and visual publications are presented.
Learning Outcomes 1) He / She can read the Turkmen Cyrillic and the Latin alphabet.
2) He / She can write with Turkmen Cyrillic and Latin alphabet.
3) He / She tells correctly the vocal of Turkmen Turkish.
