Goals To acquire basic knowledge and skills necessary for researching scientific and technical issues. Such skills include techniques such as understanding of research problem, identification, obtaining information from research sources, evaluation of research publications, reporting, oral and poster presentations, data analysis. It aims to provide the basic skills necessary to identify and conduct research and analysis necessary for scientific research and industrial applications, and to inform them in scientific ethics.
Course Content Methods of research, scientific research, planning of research, scientific information access, scientific data collection and measurement methods, analysis, research proposal writing, project planning, research report preparation and reporting methods, basic rules and examples in article writing, presentation and poster preparation
Learning Outcomes 1) Identify a topic from the proposals it has developed and write a scientific report on it
2) Obey scientific ethics
3) Evaluating the report by writing a scientific report on the field at national and international level
