Goals Student will deepen their theoretical knowledge on copyright and will use, transfer and implement theoretical knowledge.
Course Content History of copyright, concept of work, types of work, ownership of copyright, rights of author and limitations and exceptions, related rights, infringement and remedies
Learning Outcomes 1) Improves and deepens their basic knowledge about copyright
2) Uses and tranfers theorical and conceptual knowledge on copyright
3) Uses and disseminates the knowledge oncopyright to create awarness in the public.
4) Manages an independent study which needs an expertise about copyright
5) Evaluates theorical and conceptual knowledge with critical thinking
