Goals Course consists of the subjects of basic concepts of patent and utility model, conditions of patent; novelty, inventive step, industrial applicability, national and international registration, scope of the patent right, infringement of patent right, legal remedies and compensation.
Course Content Student grasps the fundamental concepts of patent and utility model concepts.
