Goals "The aim of the course is to explain how a product can be commercialized and how the market is formed in relation to the concept of sustainability.Intellectual property rights; the property is deprived of its property rights in terms of being not possessed of material existence, being different from objectified person and being limited in time. Intellectual and Industrial Property rights have the right to use all the original designs and secret or clear information (intangible assets) related to an enterprise's products, methods, documents, images, identities, works of art, etc. , product conversion, distribution, dissemination and sale. ""Developing a brand"" and managing this brand successfully has gained great importance for businesses today. To ensure sustainability in the world, carbon emissions must first be brought under a certain level. This course will investigate the key to creating a sustainable business model, what constitutes IPR, what strategies the inventors that develop new products, which strategies they enter into, how they build their brands, how they build brands, business brands, brand equity sources and how they operate in the markets. "
Course Content "The course consists of the subjects of commercializing a product, creating a market, and case studies.In addition to it, definition of sustainability, intellectual property rights, brand management, patents, trademarks and trade secrets, entrepreneurship, innovation culture, innovation strategies, renewable resources supply, production, green marketing, market creation, business modeling (CANVAS), product commercialization methods, licensing, franchising, joint ventures, mergers, acqusitions, direct investments will be dealt . "
