Goals "Students will establish and learn the interaction between IP rights, internet and new technologies. "
Course Content "Class consists of the subjects of traditional copyrights, internet actors and their liabilities, digital media platforms and their liabilities, e-works, digital exhaustion, artificial intelligence, works arising from artificial intelleligence and authorship, new technologies, recent developments and amendments in both EU and international law. "
Learning Outcomes 1) Student acquires knowledge on the relationship between IP rights and technology.
2) Student acquires knowledge on the relatio0nship between IP rights and Internet.
3) Student evaluates the potental effects of new technologies on IP rights
