Goals This course is aimed at educating managers who plan and manage risk well before and after the Disaster and Emergency Situations.
Course Content Basic terminology, Risk determination, Disaster occurred in Turkey and risk management, disasters occurred in the word and risk management, early warning systems, prevention methods, exursion
Learning Outcomes 1) Gains knowledge of the terminology related to the profession.
2) Makes analysis in danger, take clear and correct decisions.
3) Applies different knowledge to the field of civil defense and firefighting with multidisciplinary perspective.
4) Applies the use techniques of search and rescue tools and methods against disasters and emergencies.
5) Continuous improvement of professional knowledge and skills and to gain awareness of following innovations.
