Goals Having knowledge about combustion and fire, hazards at the fire place, fuel fires, LPG and natural gas fires and using this information correctly, quickly and effectively in any fire incident.
Course Content What is combustion and fire, what are the fire factors, what are the types of burning, dangers at the fire place, extinguishing principles, extinguishing agents (foam, kkt, water, carbon dioxide), fuel fires, LPG-CNG fires and their intervention.
Learning Outcomes 1) Gains knowledge of the terminology related to the profession.
2) Applies the use techniques of search and rescue tools and methods against disasters and emergencies.
3) Continuous improvement of professional knowledge and skills and to gain awareness of following innovations.
