Goals This course aims to provide the students to gain knowledge about event management systems and coordination.
Course Content Event management system; the basic functions of event management system; functions of event manager and management staff; general management staff functions; event management system facilities; general responsibilities; leadership and management; event analysis and identification of targets; delegation of authority and management depending on the target; functional areas and positions; briefings; organizational flexibility; the transfer of management.
Learning Outcomes 1) Can successfully carry out activities in fire prevention, preparation and response stages.
2) Makes analysis in danger, take clear and correct decisions.
3) Applies different knowledge to the field of civil defense and firefighting with multidisciplinary perspective.
4) Can take responsibility and lead in combustion and fire situations.
