Goals Examination and analysis of theory and theoretician in the field of organizational behaviour, comparison them with today's approaches and making applications.
Course Content Explaning the logical framework of the course, Introduction to terms of administration, administrator and organization , Attitudes related to personality, Cognitive learning, Social learning, Perception,manner and profession, Group and team, Communication, Motivation, Power, Policy and leadership, Conflict and conflict management, Stress and stress management, Time management
Learning Outcomes 1) Equipping with basic conceptional structure and information related to Emergency and Disaster Management.
