Goals The people in the working environment are aimed to obtain information regarding the issues such as perception, motivation, attitudes, learning, personality, values, culture, emotions and groups in terms of both themselves, co-workers and their organizations. This lesson is also aimed to have the student gain the verbal, nonverbal, written, formal, informal, inter and non organizational communication skills.
Course Content Introduction to Behavioral Sciences, Disciplines that Form The Behavioral Sciences, Systems that Examine the Behavioral Sciences, Motives and Motivation, Attitudes, Perception and Perception Errors, Attribution Process and Errors, Learning and Learning Techniques, Personality and Personality Theories, Values and Beliefs, Culture and Behaviour, Emotions and Control, Groups and Group Types
Learning Outcomes 1) He/she has knowledge about the terminology of his/her profession.
2) He/she knows the application of different information to disaster management in terms of multidisciplinary approach.
3) He/she analyzes easily; makes clear and correct decisions.
4) He/she can take on responsibility in emergency and may perform the task falling on it.
