Goals Aircraft and ship fire fighting and intervention methods
Course Content Flammable Liquid Fires, Foam Applications, Aircraft and Airport Recognition, Incident Management, Communication, Extinguishing Materials, Emergency Action Plans and Vehicle Materials. Fire Fighting Principles, Rules to be Adhered to in Ports and Marinas, Teams, Protection of Ships against Fire, Measures to be taken against Fire in Ships, Sea water fire circuits, Fire-fighting equipment, Fire control and fire control, Freight fires, Container fires, Fire in tankers, Ro -Ro Ships, LNG and LPG Ships, International Coast Links, Fire Pumps and Features
Learning Outcomes 1) Gains knowledge of the terminology related to the profession.
2) Can successfully carry out activities in fire prevention, preparation and response stages.
3) Makes analysis in danger, take clear and correct decisions.
