Goals The aim of this course is to enable students to comprehend leadership approaches and phenomena theoretical , to gain the ability to make quick decisions and operational leadership skills in an emergency.
Course Content The definition, characteristics and structure of human, society, group, manager and leadership, human behavior and the necessity of leadership; leadership approaches; characteristics’ approach in leadership, behavioral approach, the contingency approach; decision-making process in operational leadership; decision making methods and styles, ethical decision making and problem solving; strategic leadership and strategic decision making; human behaviors and management mentality; understanding the management styles; management of emotions; conflict management; problem solving and decision making techniques; the importance of emotional intelligence in leadership: the development of leadership skills.
