Goals	The aim this course is to give basic information about basic concepts of management, basic functions of management.
Course Content	In this course, the basic concepts of management will be discussed.
Learning Outcomes	1) .Know the basic concepts of business administration. 2) . Compare the types of businesses 3) . It renames basic stages of the management process. 4) .Define the roles of management. 5) . It summarizes the managerial decision -making process . 6) Identifies the production management, marketing management, financial management, and human resource management . 7) Establishes a link between production management, marketing management , financial management and human resource management 8) .
