1. Week Introduction, What are digital media and digital media environments? Why are digital media environments called “new Dijital? What are the characteristics of these environments? (Digitality, interaction, hypermetality, multimedia formality, user-derived content production, presence sensation and diffusion)

2. Week What is a website? What are the features? Explanation of the logic of the system through concepts such as interface, domain, hosting, site architecture, network structure, network security

3. Week What is Social Media? What are the features of social media platforms? Explanation of usage patterns in the field of digital communication through sample platforms (concepts such as Blogger, Influencer, user characteristics)

4. Week What are the differences in networks? What are the features of different networks such as Lınkedin, Medium, Kariyer.net? Why do such networks stand out? (Featured labeling, profiling, CV writing, interaction)

5. Week Risks in digital media: privacy (private information sharing), use of information obtained from social media behaviors for commercial purposes, digital labor debates, digital discrimination and characteristics of target audience.
