Goals Understanding the concept of public diplomacy and related issues
Course Content Public diplomacy is a governmental communication strategy to explain their point of view. Public diplomacy can categorized in two groups. Political information and cultural communication. In this lecture both will be discussed.
Learning Outcomes 1) 1-Posses the theorotical knowledge of diplomacy
2) 2.Identifies the intersecting points of diplomacy and PR
3) 3.Obtains kwowledge about strategic usage of public diplomacy and publication
4) "4.Knows the examples of international public diplomacy and figures out the relation between new communication instruments.
