Goals	The course is aimed to introduce the attempts to create a national architectural style in Turkish Architecture, seen from the beginning of the XXth century within the scope of leading architects and their practices.
Course Content	The first and the second national architectural movements are examined with their political and socio-economic extents.
Learning Outcomes	1) Recognizes the buildings and the leading architects of the first and the second architectural movements. 2) Has information about the foreign architects problem lived in the Republican period. 3) Has general information about the first zoning movements of the capital Ankara.
