Goals This course builds and further develop Chinese grammar skills.
Course Content • Explaining grammar features about talking about marriage, ceremony and responsibility • Explaining grammar features about data transfer and telling story • Explaining grammar features about describing an event, speaking about art, talking about cultures and handcrafts and expressing an opinion • Explaining grammar features about benchmark, events and appearences, view description, data transfer, encouragement, comperation, data transfer related on culture, expressing an opinion, asking questions, answering questions, talking about society and enviroment, expressing concern about the social life, expressing the opinion about social consensus conditions and bringing forward scientific methods • Repetion of the subjects which were taught in last 4 weeks • Explaining grammar features about going to the restaurant, making a surprise, ordering meal and telling on an event and making decisions on some issues • Explaining grammar features about celebreting marriage, presenting an opinion about a wedding ceremony, responsing and making a decision on some issues • Explaining grammar features about status of the women in the social life in China and Men's and women's working conditions • Explaining grammar features about working plans after the graduation and parents opinion about their child's work • Repetion of the subjects which were taught in last 4 weeks • Explaining grammar features about Chinese festivals, features and celebration forms of festivals which celebrated in China's rural areas, a foreigner participation to festival and his/her opinion on the subject • Explaining grammar features about reading Chinese stories, talking about the authors, giving a brief about a subject which not understood and author's introduction and short life stories • Explaining grammar features about shopping, bargaining and making a comparison between Eastern and Western-style clothes and furnishings • Explaining grammar features about making a job application, going to interview, self introduction and specifying self-interest during the interview • Explaining grammar features about talking about education in China, primary education and family's opinion and actions on their children education • Repetion of the subjects which were taught in last 5 weeks
Learning Outcomes 1) Will build main features of Chinese grammar.
2) Will recognize Chinese sentence structure.
3) Will develop further Chinese conversational skills.
4) Will develop grammar skills with the aid of audio-visual instruments.
5) Will develop grammatic with the aid of building sentence patterns.
