Goals This course builds and further develop consecutive translation skills from Chinese to Turkish and vice versa.
Course Content • Verbal expression and and simultaneous translation studies about travel, buy a ticket and the determination of the place which be gone •Verbal expression and and simultaneous translation studies about meeting someone at the destination and recognition of the enviroment • Verbal expression and and simultaneous translation studies about search a job and formation of new business area •Verbal expression and and simultaneous translation studies about meeting someone at the destination and recognition of the enviroment • Repetion of the subjects which were taught in 4 weeks •Translation study from Turkis to Chinese on daily newspaper text as oral and written • Verbal expression and simultaneous translation on "Working Terms and Conditions of Working Women in China" • Verbal expression and simultaneous translation on " Working Women Business Life and Its Impacts on Her Family" • Verbal expression and simultaneous translation on "The Events Which Pose on Health Problem, Such As Be Sick or Fighting with Someone" • Repetion of the subjects which were taught in 4 weeks • Verbal expression and simultaneous translation about find a friend and offer solution proposals for the problems • Verbal expression and simultaneous translation about telling story and assessing the situation • Verbal expression and simultaneous translation about making judgements on person psycology and suggest some solutions • Verbal expression and simultaneous translation on talking about discussion, differences of opinion and the sport • Simultaneous translation which is from Turkish to Chinese of daily newsweek and articles •Repetion of the subjects which were taught in 5 weeks
Learning Outcomes 1) Will further practice advanced conversation and listening skills.
2) Will learn further application of consecutive translation under different context.
3) Will develop consecutive translation skills with the aid of audio-visual instruments.
4) Will further build translation skills in Chinese, applicable in advanced conversations.
