Goals Understanding the basic concepts of law, providing basic legal knowledge and acquiring basic gains related to different fields of law.
Course Content The basic elements of law, sources of law and the hierarchy of sources, mandatory, supplementary and interpretative rules of law, the judge’s capacity to interpret, the role of good will in the acquisition of rights, honesty rule, law of persons, real and legal persons, the rights and capacity to act, branches of law, law and code, legislation and enforcement, legal personality, the beginning and end of personality rights and capacity to act, concepts of rights and debt, debt liability, the acquisition and loss of rights.
Learning Outcomes 1) Explains the legal concepts such as contracts, ownership and possesion.
2) .Explains the differences between social order norms and legal norms
3) Reflects the notion of rule of law.
4) .Lists the written sources of the law.
