Goals To understand the applications related to banking transactions, banking terms, documents used in banking and correspondence forms. To provide the students with the ability to identify, record, calculate, correspondence forms and documents related to banking transactions and applications and to make correspondence and transactions.
Course Content Bank transactions and services; money transfer, loans, deposits, foreign trade transactions, individual and corporate banking, theory and practice.
Learning Outcomes 1) To introduce deposit services and account types. Explain the opening and closing of accounts.
2) To give information about saving authority in deposit accounts. To explain the process of collection and disbursement.
3) To explain loan application process, collection process and loan follow up process.
4) To introduce the letters of guarantee and reference and explain the process of operation.
5) To give information about checks and bonds. To introduce and apply the checks and notes transactions.
6) To explain financial analysis and intelligence studies and to introduce the documents used.
7) To explain the terms and transaction types related to foreign exchange transactions and to introduce the documents used in these transactions.
8) To introduce the documents used in individual banking operations and other banking services and to explain the process of operation.
9) to explain the consumer loan transactions and enforce the job of obtaining the documents required for the loan application.
