Goals	To provide basic knowledge on insurance contract, insurer's liability and obligations, scope of the insurance coverage, the insurant's rights and obligations, dispute resolutions in the scope of Turkish Commercial Code
Course Content	Historical background of insurance, legal nature of insurance contracts, contracting parties, scope of the insurance coverage, exceptions and limitations, obligations-rights-liabilities of the contracting parties.
