Goals It is intended to explain the various components of consumer behavior and assess them for the purpose of developing marketing practices in profit-making and / or non-profit organizations.
Course Content Introduction to consumer behavior, consumer behavior marketing relationship, consumer behavior models, individual differences shaping consumer behavior, consumer life styles and market segmentation, psychological processes and situational effects shaping consumer behavior, socio-cultural factors, consumer decision making and buying behaviors,
Learning Outcomes 1) It explains socio-cultural, psychological and economic factors shaping consumer behavior.
2) It discloses the components of consumer behavior.
3) They interpret the processes of development and processing of perception, memory, learning, motivation, personality, lifestyle, values and attitudes of consumers.
