Goals The aim of this course is to provide an overview and perspective about computer architecture and its operation, the structure of units, cards and devices used in computer hardware, and its studies on various dimensions and outlines.
Course Content Classification of Computer Systems, Equipment used in IT sector; Computer Architecture and Operation, Doors, Flip-Flop Circuits; Basic Computer Components; Chassis, Motherboard, Power Supply, Microprocessors, Memories, Types of Data, Structures, Functions, Properties; Basic Computer Components; Chipsets, Bios settings, System hardware settings; I / O systems, ports, slots, adapters; Cards; Types (Display, Ethernet, Tv, etc.), Features, Working Principles; Types, structures, functions, technical features and installations of environmental elements (keyboard, mouse, scanner, printer, drivers); Storage units; data transport technologies; cloud computing; Computer case collection strategies; Installation Techniques of Computer Systems; Repair and maintenance of computer systems, troubleshooting and troubleshooting; Hardware security; hardware analysis; Overclock and Hyper Threading & Hyper Transport, Bencmark; Wearable technologies; human computer interaction devices; Multimedia system, system software and terminology, New Technologies, Smart boards; smart devices (tv, telephone, etc.); wireless network equipment.
Learning Outcomes 1) Classify computer systems.
2) Explain computer architecture and its operation.
3) Explains the operation logic of integrated circuit and doors used on computer cards.
4) Explains the structures, working principles and uses of units, cards and devices used in computer hardware.
5) Constructs the basic computer components according to their structure, characteristics and operation.
6) Sets the system hardware settings.
7) Makes connections and settings of computer environment elements according to their types, structures, properties and operations.
8) Makes maintenance and repair of computer systems.
9) Identifies and fixes problems that may occur on computer hardware.
