Goals The aim of the course is to explain the principles and methods for the determination and use of user needs and experiences in the design of the services, systems and tools provided in the information centers.
Course Content This course includes the topics of “user, user experience, user centered design concepts”, “user satisfaction”, “requirements and features of users”, “the importance of user experience and design”, “usability”, “interaction”, “design principles”, “user interface design”, “design tools”, “data analysis”, “data and information visualization”.
Learning Outcomes 1) Knows the concepts of "user", "user experience" and "user centered design".
2) Knows users' needs and characteristics.
3) Understand the importance of user experience and design.
