Goals The aim of this course is on teaching and learning process; theories, principle, method, technique, strategy, tactic, style, modality and approach of the students in the fields of knowledge, skills and competencies.
Course Content Main concepts (learning, teaching, instruction, theory, principle, rule, law, method, techniques, strategies, tactics, style, modality, approach, model), learning theory (coupling, cognition, motivation and personality), teaching theories (descriptive, prescriptive), teaching-learning principles, teaching methods (lecture, question-answer, problem solving, discussion, demonstration, role playing, case studies, educational tour), teaching techniques (brainstorming, large group discussion, buzz groups, panel symposium, workshop, public debate, the six hats, six shoes, six medals, opinion development, circle talks, fire line), learning strategies (attention, meaning, paraphrasing, metacognitive, affective, note-taking, summarizing), teaching strategies (expository, discovery, inquiry), instructional strategies (macro-organize, micro-organize, transmission, routing), teaching and learning approaches (project, problems, scenarios, storyline, brain and game-based) instruction and course design (goals, achievements, indicator chart, lesson planning), preparing instructional media.
