Goals Aim of this lesson is giving opportunities to students for practicing theoretical knowledge and gaining experience in field
Course Content Evaluatiing children with special needs, preparing Individualized Teaching Plans, preparing lesson plans and daily activity plans, preparing/using criterion-dependent measurement tools, offering individual and group teaching, evaluating problem behaviors and positive behavior support plan, classroom management.
Learning Outcomes 1) Evaluates individuals with special needs in terms of developmental areas such as cognitive, social, motor, language and behavioral problems based on the curriculum.
2) Determines long-term and short-term goals according to the evaluation results.
3) Prepares an individualized teaching plan for gaining goals.
4) Prepares teaching materials suitable for student development and needs.
5) Provides individualized education to students with special needs.
6) Evaluates the student in the teaching process.
7) Makes adjustments in the teaching process according to the evaluation results.
8) Prepares and implements a behavior change program for the target behavior to be reduced.

1. Week The teacher candidate conducts a detailed evaluation in one session for the 6 objectives that was determined for the target student in the first semester. Case Study

2. Week Reviews the individualized teaching programs (ITP) according to the evaluation results, makes the necessary adjustments or makes the necessary corrections and makes up for the deficiencies. Case Study
