Goals In this course, it is aimed to define reading and writing skills and to introduce evidence based practices used in teaching literacy to students with special needs.
Course Content Definition and sub-dimensions of reading and writing; prerequisite skillst for teaching reading and writing; literacy problems of students with special needs; phonemic-based instruction in teaching reading and wrting; functional literacy teaching.
