Goals To understand some basic concepts related to management and organization, management theories and approaches, the relation of management sciences with other sciences, contemporary management approaches and management types and managerial types.
Course Content Some basic concepts related to management and organization, the definition of organization and management, the birth and development of management, management theories and approaches, the relationship between management sciences and other sciences, central and local management systems inmanagement, contemporary management approaches, management styles and managerial types.
Learning Outcomes 1) To have comprehensive knowledge in management sciences.
2) Student knows some basic concepts about management and organization.
3) Student can adapt the management theories and approaches to organizations.
4) To have knowledge about organizational structures and functioning.
5) To follow innovative approaches in management sciences.
6) Student explains the relation of the management sciences with other sciences.
