Goals The course covers fundamental concepts and definitions of business; types of businesses; basic concepts related to sports management; establishment, registration, and characteristics of sports enterprises; formation of sports clubs as companies or transfer to companies; management of sports enterprises; production, sales, and marketing in sports management; and employment in sports enterprises.
Course Content This course provides a comprehensive exploration of basic knowledge and practices in sports management. It examines the relationships between business management and sports management, details the processes of establishing, registering, and characterizing sports enterprises. Topics include the formation of sports clubs as companies or their transfer to existing companies. Additionally, the course covers effective management of sports enterprises, production processes, sales and marketing strategies. Employment issues within sports management are also addressed, aiding students in understanding and applying various aspects of sports management.
