Goals This course aims to enable healthcare personnel to understand and manage their legal responsibilities, effectively addressing the legal risks they may encounter in healthcare services
Course Content This course covers topics such as the fundamentals of legal responsibility for healthcare personnel, relevant legislation, medical errors, patient rights, ethical responsibilities, risk management, and legal processes.
Learning Outcomes 1) understands the fundamental concepts, legal regulations, and ethical standards related to the legal responsibilities of healthcare personnel
2) gains practical knowledge on topics such as medical errors, patient rights, and professional liability insurance
3) understands the litigation processes related to healthcare services and alternative dispute resolution methods, and develops strategies for resolving legal disputes
