Goals to identify the various components of interpersonal communication with a view interdisciplinary and to present the relationship between them with a critical approach.
Course Content What is organization, organizational culture, postmodern organization and What are the organizational theories.
Learning Outcomes 1) 1. Enable evolutions of organization concept in sociological perspective.
