Goals Psychology examining the causes of behavior, aims to contribute to the student's self-knowledge and healthy development and positive communication. Social Psychology course, examining behavior, investigates how the individual's behavior is affected by others. Social psychology is concerned not only with behavior but also with the individual's emotions, thoughts, beliefs, attitudes and goals. Social psychology is concerned not only with behavior but also with the individual's emotions, thoughts, beliefs, attitudes and goals. Psychological aspects of social behavior Explains in relation to cognitive processes. It aims to help individuals acquire knowledge and skills about getting to know and understand themselves better and how they can affect the behavior of the society to adapt more successfully.
Course Content This course covers social psychology, social cognition and social thinking, empathic communication, pro-social behaviors, self and identity, persuasion and attitude change, social influence, groups, group communication, attitudes, leadership and decision making, aggression, interpersonal attraction, communication, cultural topics.
Learning Outcomes 1) "She / He examines the causes of behavior through observation and scientific research. "
2) "He / she can gain the basic skills to solve the problems in interpersonal communication. "
3) "She / He can recognize herself and make more constructive decisions by increasing her positive thinking skills. "
4) Can adapt more easily to changing environmental conditions.
5) She / He can explain the psychological processes that affect social behavior.
6) She can explain the psychological aspects of social behavior in relation to cognitive processes
