Goals The aim of this course is to provide students with essential main themes and concepts to make them evaluate different constituonal regimes. The course also aims to supply the students with interpretative information by introducing Turkey's constitutional order.
Course Content constitutional information
Learning Outcomes 1) Defines the constitutional concept
2) Explains the basic stages of development and the constitutional movement in Turkey.
3) Shows basic text governing fundamental rights and freedoms
4) Evaluates the relationship between the legislative and executive.
5) Shows certain sorts of constitutional systems.
6) Exemplifies the historical development of the parliamentary system.
7) Exemplifies the historical development of the presidential system.
8) Exemplifies the historical development of the semi-presidential system.
9) Explains the formation of the constitutional structure of the Republic of Turkey.
10) Turkey contents of the constitution, properties and evaluate the historical context in which they occurred.
11) compares the subject of regulations the main organization in the state constitutions in Turkey
