Goals The aim of the course is to teach painting in architecture, the ermegnece of canvas painting with western mentality, artist and styles.
Course Content Phases of Ottoman painting, painting in architecture, first painters and their Works will be handled.
Learning Outcomes 1) Apprehension of the transition from miniature to canvas painting in Ottoman art.
2) Identifying the foreign artists and their works in Ottoman painting art.
3) Identifying the first painters their works in the Ottoman painting art.
4) Understanding the usage of paintings and their styles in Ottoman architectural decorating.
