Goals This course aims to explain the ethical rules and behaviour principles related to mid level personnel employed ir the legal services sector, as well as to develop an ethical policy and refrain from unethical professional attitudes.
Course Content Vocational Schools of Justice and Vocational Ethics of Justice The relations between Ethics and Morality, Religion & Law The Concept of general-universal ethics and its codes The Concept of vocational ethics, its types and Vocational Ethics of Justice as a type of vocational ethics The concept of Ethics for Public Service and its regulations The Council of Ethics for Public Service The ethical attitude principles to be abided by the public officials while performing their duties The ethical attitude required by Vocational Ethics of Justice
Learning Outcomes 1) To explain the difference between the concepts of ethics and morality
2) Describe the unethical behaviors that may arise in the professional life
3) Could you comment on the principles of professional ethics for public officials
4) Have knowledge about duty and responsibilities of civil servants and professional ethical values
