Goals The main aim of this course is to create, design, apply, analyze and report of a research process.developments in information security technologies.
Course Content Science, technology and scientists: Scientific thinking skills, Introduction to scientific research, Time management and planning for research, Literature review, Use of social tools for research process, Data collection and analysis methods, Optimization techniques, Research trends, Research methods (Qualitative vs. Quantitative), Ethics in Research, Research presentation, creating Reports.
Learning Outcomes 1) At the end of this course, Students will learn about research methods and patterns
2) Students will create a research process with ethical rules
3) Students will have acquired the ability to read, understand and critique of research
4) Students will have acquired the ability to design, apply, analyze data and report a research process
