Goals This course builds and further develop knowledge in Chinese cultural and its influences.
Course Content • Giving a detailed information about the China's cultural development • Giving a detailed information about the traditions of guest hospitality and customs of dining in China •Giving a detailed information about Chinese festivals •Giving a detailed information about Spring Festical which is the most important festival in China •Repetition of subjects which were taught in 4 weeks •Giving a detailed information about Chinese tea and cuisine culture •Giving a detailed information about Chinese art •Giving a detailed information about Chinese music • Giving a detailed information about Chinese cinema •Repetition of subjects which were taught in 4 weeks • Giving a detailed information about Chinese kite • Giving a detailed information about "Art of War".a war strategy book, which was written by Sunzi •Giving a detailed information about womens place of Chinese culture • Giving a detailed information about the food binding tradition in China • Giving a detailed information about the process of Chinese culture development •Repetition of subjects which were taught in 4 weeks
Learning Outcomes 1) Gains knowledge of Chinese language and culture.
2) Will further master Chinese culture in a more advanced level.
3) Will accomplish to distinguish cultural elements that uniquely Chinese.
4) Will develop Chinese culture with the aid of audio-visual instruments.
5) Gains knowledge of Chinese Language and Culture and literary genres in this culture. Defines the phases of Chinese History and their distinctive features. Explain the historical, scientific, cultural, sociological and economic events related to the History of China.
