Goals This course deals with the pre-Islamic Arab Cultural History from various aspects.
Course Content Semitic languages, social and political structure of the Jahiliya period, Jahiliya prose, Jahiliya poetry.
Learning Outcomes 1) Examination of poetry and prose of the Pre-Islamic Period
2) Examination of the motherland of Semitic People and their spread
3) Informations on Pre-Islamic faiths and Arab traditions
