Goals The aim is to discuss the concepts and problems of the Byzantine art and archaeological artifacts and examples and to provide solutions and solutions for the problems.
Course Content What the concept of Byzantine Archeology is, its components, what kind of academic difficulties the scientists working in this field faced and why, the well-known mistakes, new propositions are presented.
Learning Outcomes 1) To have information about the excavations, surveys, city studies and to determine the necessary studies by discussing the results.
2) Learn written sources of Byzantine archeology.
3) It follows the studies made in the field of Byzantine archeology in the world.
