Goals Within the responsibility of the lawyer to his client, make the necessary actions required to protect the rights and freedoms of expression clients.
Course Content The right to defense and the legal profession, to talk with a lawyer of the sentenced person, conviction of correspondence, document review, enforcement judges and prosecution processes, the lawyer's responsibilities
Learning Outcomes 1) Lawyer and Prison are proud of the procedure.
2) The lawyer organizes the necessary proceedings in the case of the prisoner and detainee.
3) Visitor and staff search and entry procedures, as well as the entrance-exit procedures and controls of the equipment and materials.
4) Knows the methods and procedures for the use of the right of communication of convict / detainees.
