Goals What is the solution of the Applicant Mechanisms against Human Rights Violations and how to know the solution ways.
Course Content Human rights violations against remedies, information on the scope of application, the application made to the European Human Rights Court and compensation, applied to the Constitutional Court, interacting with internal law.
