Goals To protect the interests of the person placed under guardianship and prevent harm.
Course Content The concept of tutelage, its types, cases requiring guardianship, restriction due to punishment, procedure for appointment of guardianship, execution of tutelage, end of tutelage.
Learning Outcomes 1) Conscious of the penal system to protect human rights
2) Know the concept of guardianship.
3) Know guardian appointment processes.
4) Freedom to bind the prisoner in cases of restriction due to punishment.
