1 ÜPY1 To raise creative individuals who are able to think critically and solve problems, constantly upgrade themselves in personal and professional fields, are environmentally conscious, respect diversity, and who use their knowledge and skills for the benefit of humanity and the country
2 ÜPY2 To carry out qualified interdisciplinary research that contributes to science and art at a universal level, respecting ethical values, on the path to becoming an innovative university
3 ÜPY3 Being the first university of the Republic, with the awareness of social responsibility, it provides services that are sensitive to the problems of the country, considerate the public interest, and contribute to the development and development of the country and the city in which it lives, as an employee of the kitchen of ideas.
4 BPY1 Training qualified professionals who embrace collaboration and teamwork in the field of Health Sciences, and who are capable of utilizing scientific methods to improve the health and quality of life of the society, conducting original research, respecting universal ethical principles and human values, and possessing sufficient professional knowledge and skills

6 PY1 To be able to apply evidence-based professional knowledge in the field of nutrition and dietetics in theory and in practice
7 PY2 To identify, define, analyse, synthesise, determine and present solutions to problems in the field of nutrition and dietetics through the use of current literature
8 PY3 To develop solutions and proposals for nutritional problems by evaluating the physiological and socio-demographic characteristics of healthy and/or diseased individuals at the individual level and at the community level
9 PY4 To understand and interpret a phenomenon, a process or an event and to identify and solve problems in the field of nutrition and dietetics through the use of equipment and products of modern technology
10 PY5 To have a lifelong learning mindset, to have access to information, to keep up with advancements in science and technology, and to continually renew oneself
11 PY6 To have the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in Turkish in the scientific field and to have knowledge of at least one foreign language
12 PY7 To have taken at least two out-of-field courses in addition to nutrition and dietetics
