The program is schooling individuals to study on determination of modern Literature’s position in Turkish Litetarute, its characteristics and timeline with respect to scientific methods. 

Aim of the program is schooling individuals to study on determination of modern Literature’s position in Turkish Litetarute, its characteristics and timeline with respect to scientific methods. Also the program aims educate the students about evaluation of modern Turkish literary works.

The student learns development process of modern Turkish Literature and its stylistic alterations. In the light of this information he/she ables to periodize modern Turkish Literature and express its main characteristics. Also he/she ables to evaluate the role of literature in Turkish society and culture, demonstrate critical insight into the formation of the literary canon and define modern Turkish literature’s problems.
