About Program

The curriculum is a 2-year program consisting of at least 120 ECTS [minimum 7 courses (56 ECTS) + Seminar (4 ECTS) + Thesis (60 ECTS)]. The prerequisite for the thesis-based Master's program is to have completed a 4-year undergraduate degree in dairy technology. Graduates from different major programs are subject to a scientific preparation program.

Goals

Having master's degree qualifications, as required by the sector in the EU process; To train engineers who are equipped to plan, carry out and carry out R&D activities with the theoretical and practical knowledge and skills required for the production of safe milk and products at international standards, and who can conduct advanced research that will contribute to science.

Summary of Program Outcomes

This program provides knowledge and experience to be able to conduct and direct advanced research and development studies in the dairy industry, to design and research new initiatives and developments in existing systems by following academic studies and current technology, to analyze and interpret the results obtained and to publish them verbally and in writing.
