The goal of deepartment of PES is to educate the important need of the country for well educated physical education teachers. The graduates of physical education department can work for the ministry of national education preschool, primary school, middle school, the general directorate of sports, programs for handicapes and the organizations for exercise for health organizations and applications. In the curriculum general knowledge, sports area and teacher profession area courses and applications are included.

To bring accordance with the legislation on education programs the knowledge, skills, attitudes and behaviors approved by MEB; to know how to have these behaviours through the methods; to endear sport training activities and to raise awareness;to increase social sharing and support for improving human relations; to gain an understanding of sporting ethics; to direct sport talented children and young people in schools; to create resources to enhance sport in the country to make a modern and advanced country levels;to reach children and young people with special educational needs

Knows the concepts and knowledge related to physical education and sport; can use the different teaching methods and strategies according to the individual differences; can apply an advance work with a group or personally; can follow the physical education related information and to share them with the colleques; can adopt the rights and responsibilities about his/her profession as a person.
