About Program
Program was founded in academic year of 2009-2010. Four years program aim to educate qualified and competent employee for tourism sector in Turkey. Graduates can find position in hotel’s front office, kitchen, bar and housekeeping department. A practice hotel, which is a historical mansion in Beypazarı, has been run by students in order to get used to working life. Practice hotel is being run with a particular program within the scope of the Program of Tourism and Hospitality Management.
Goals
It is aimed to train students who can run touristic places serving a wide variety for customers according to a contemporary understanding of tourism.
Summary of Program Outcomes
Graduates define their responsibilities for being middle level manager, executive assistant in tourism and hotel management sector as intermediate qualified staff. Graduates have knowledge about accommodation, food and beverage services and other tourism services. Graduates has knowledge about foot technology, healthy nutrition, hygiene, design of companies. Graduates have knowledge about organization of fair, meeting and congress.
